Place of work: hybrid 50 percent office in Nitra, 50 percent home office

The Process Manager drives operational excellence by establishing effective process management standards and optimizing end-to-end processes. The role strengthens organizational process maturity through performance management, continuous improvement, digitalization, audits, and stakeholder coaching.

What You Will Do
• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the organization’s process management framework, standards, and methodologies.
• Analyze, document, and optimize end-to-end business processes to increase efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Conduct process audits and maturity assessments to ensure compliance with governance standards and best practices.
• Define, monitor, and analyze process KPIs and performance metrics to drive operational excellence.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as PDCA, Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement automation and digitalization opportunities to enhance process effectiveness and productivity.
• Coach process owners and stakeholders on process management principles, facilitate cross-functional workshops, and support organizational process maturity growth.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
• University degree at Master’s level or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in process management, process optimization, or a comparable field.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business process management, including process mapping, analysis, optimization, and governance.
• Experience in identifying root causes, inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for continuous improvement, as well as implementing sustainable solutions.
• Experience in facilitating process workshops and stakeholder discussions, and in establishing and governing process management frameworks and standards.
• Knowledge of process automation and digitalization concepts, process maturity assessments, audits, compliance reviews, and continuous improvement methods such as Lean and Six Sigma.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to achieve alignment and drive process improvements without direct managerial authority; proficiency in MS Office and project tools, with familiarity with Six Sigma tools and data analysis software.
• Business-fluent English (minimum C1)
