The Role

We are looking to hire an ambitious junior lawyer with ideally at least one year of legal experience in Slovak corporate law to join our Corporate team in Bratislava. 

Main duties and responsibilities:

• offer a whole scope of legal services to our clients with a focus on corporate, commercial, civil and employment law
• draft legal analysis and advice
• draft and review a wide range of legal documents
• perform due diligence in legal matters concerning contracts, agreements, and mergers and acquisitions
• be involved in contentious matters and court procedures before the civil courts and any other administrative or judicial courts
• be involved in and perform corporate housekeeping
• ensure that a supervising lawyer is at all times adequately informed of matter being dealt with by the junior associate and to assist as required with arrangements for monitoring the progress of the work

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

About you

• Master's degree in law from a reputable law faculty in Slovakia
• at least 1 year experience in a reputable law firm 
• native Slovak speaker with very good command of English (verbal and written), German is an advantage
• IT literate with high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• ability to work in a fast paced international environment
• ability to handle multiple tasks and projects
• ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• well organised, accurate, flexible
