#Who are we looking for?#
Are you ready to drive innovation in the energy sector? MOL Group is looking for a dynamic Gas & Power Sales Expert to lead and develop our retail energy trading activities across Central and Eastern Europe. This is a strategic role with high impact on the Group’s energy portfolio and profitability.

#What will you do?#
*Develop and execute retail trading strategies for gas & power aligned with MOL Group’s long-term goals.
*Create innovative pricing models and products to boost profitability and market competitiveness.
*Manage trading activities via broker platforms, exchanges, and bilateral deals, including cross-border capacity auctions.
*Monitor portfolio performance, optimize P&L, and support hedging strategies in line with risk policies.
*Negotiate and maintain contracts with market players and end customers, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
*Support renewable energy projects and expansion into new markets, including licensing and company setup.
*Collaborate across teams and countries, providing expert input to subsidiaries and internal stakeholders.
*Ensure operational excellence, contribute to system development, and support audits and process harmonization.
#What do we expect?#
*University degree in Economics or Engineering.
*Minimum 4+ years of experience in energy trading or related fields.
*Deep understanding of energy markets, infrastructure, and trading mechanisms.
*Fluent in English and Slovak (Hungarian is a plus).
*Proficiency in MS Office, trading platforms, and ETRM systems.
*Strong analytical skills and structured thinking.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
