Compliance & Security Specialist

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
Become part of UNIQA 4WARD and help us protect the integrity and security of our company! We are looking for a Compliance and Security Specialist who can combine compliance, security, and legal thinking into one role.

You will face exciting challenges in crisis management and BCM processes, managing internal policies, conducting risk analyses, resolving conflicts of interest, and preparing reports for management. You will have the opportunity to contribute to international projects, coordinate with the Group Security team, and occasionally support legal matters (NDAs, contracts).

Main tasks:
- Security and business continuity management
- BCM and crisis management processes
- Coordination with group security
- Participation in group security projects
- Management and creation of BCM, CM and security documents
- Compliance process
- Policy management
- Compliance risk analyses
- Compliance assessments
- Conflicts of interest
- Reporting
- Sanctions checks
- Possibly legal: research, NDA & contract reviews
- Support for group projects and administration

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- Compliance experience and/or security experience
- University degree
- Legal background an advantage
- Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written; German is beneficial
- Reliability, willingness to take on end-to-end responsibility
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Effective problem solving skills
