Process and Quality Manager for Billing - Mass Market

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
• Responsible on the business side for ensuring data protection compliance for assigned IT systems in accordance with Group policy throughout the entire system lifecycle, from development to operation
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant data protection, security and compliance requirements and processes (e.g. Privacy and Security Assessment, IRON procedure)
• Regularly review the alignment between the data protection policy and the works agreement and ensure that system documentation is up to date and complete.
• Ensure the appointment of a technical system owner and regularly monitor the proper performance of duties
• Providing technical and content-related support for the works council co-determination process
• Ensuring up-to-date knowledge of IT systems, user groups, and relevant information security and data protection risks. This also includes knowledge of deletion and archiving requirements
• Collaboration or management of projects related to our business.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
• University degree (Bachelor or Master) in business administration, information technology (IT) or finance
•  1-2 years background in billing processes or finance preferred
• Good understanding of billing, with a background in economics and financ
• User experience with management information systems / reporting systems
• Ability to understand the entire Order-to-Cash process, including customer service, billing, payment, and collection
• German (fluent) and English
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Analytical, communication and organizational skills
• Ability to understand end-to-end process
• Detail oriented problem solving skills as well as being able to employ critical thinking and time management
• Independent and comprehensive thinking
