Finance Business Partner – Central Controlling

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Finance Business Partner to join our team. This role sits at the heart of the organization, acting as a key interface between local operations and the Group, ensuring high-quality financial insight, alignment, and performance steering.
You will play a key role in driving financial transparency, coordinating planning and reporting cycles. In addition, you will lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving processes and efficiency.

* Act as a finance partner to central and group stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Group standards and expectations
* Lead and coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes across the organization
* Oversee and continuously improve management reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and business relevance
* Drive central controlling processes, including performance analysis, variance tracking, and KPI monitoring
* Support Group reporting requirements, ensuring consistency and compliance with corporate guidelines
* Coordinate and streamline reporting and planning processes across departments
* Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within finance
* Lead or actively contribute to transformation and change initiatives
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to senior management

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
* Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
* Several years of experience in controlling, FP&A, or finance business partnering, ideally in a complex or international environment
* Strong understanding of central controlling and group reporting processes
* Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
* Experience in project management or transformation initiatives is a strong plus
* Excellent analytical skills combined with a business-oriented mindset
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work independently and lead initiatives
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
