Supervisor Tactical Buyers

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

​We are looking for an experienced and responsible Tactical Buyer Supervisor who will become a key member of our procurement team. In this role, you will oversee a team of buyers, coordinate day-to-day purchasing activities, and ensure that all processes run efficiently and in alignment with internal procedures and the company’s strategy.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading and developing the team of tactical buyers
• Managing and optimizing day-to-day purchasing processes
• Ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services
• Close collaboration with planning, logistics, and production departments
• Monitoring and evaluating supplier performance
• Handling operational issues and escalations within the procurement process
• Ensuring compliance with internal purchasing policies and procedures
• Reporting and analyzing procurement activities for management

• You have experience in people management – you can set priorities, define goals, and support your team in achieving them
• You take responsibility, make data-driven decisions, and handle problems promptly and effectively
• You communicate confidently across departments as well as with external partners (in a multicultural environment)
• You are passionate about continuous process improvement, efficiency, and finding new solutions
• You have experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP is an advantage)
• You have a good command of English (minimum B2 level) – you will use it on a daily basis
