Working Tasks and Responsibilities:

• We are looking for a Senior Test Manager who will play a key role in ensuring quality and delivery excellence across several projects as well as day-to-day business operations.
• In this role, you will be empowered to lead and support the testing team, organize activities, delegate responsibilities, and make sure all work aligns with high industry-quality standards.
• Your quality assurance expertise will be essential for daily resource planning, resolving testing challenges, and maintaining efficient test execution with strong outcomes.
• You will also have the opportunity to design and roll out end-to-end test plans and strategies, while continuously identifying and introducing enhancements to testing processes and tools.

• Leads and coordinates the testing team
• Monitors the testing lifecycle across all stages
• Contributes to the preparation and execution of the team’s testing strategy and test plan
• Ensures proper definition and delivery of the test scope based on current requirements and agreed strategy
• Maintains compliance with established testing standards
• Estimates effort and allocates testing capacity according to business priorities
• Supervises all testing-related activities during the full testing cycle, including methodology and test data
• Reviews test progress and test execution efficiency on a regular basis, while recommending adjustments and optimizations
• Produces recurring reports and dashboards covering areas such as test status, defects, and risks
• Uses relevant metrics and measurement approaches to assess tester performance
• Oversees incident management throughout every phase of testing
• Cooperates and communicates with all relevant stakeholders
• Supervises the maintenance and further development of test automation
• Drives the ongoing preparation and rollout of testing improvements
• Assesses the performance of individual team members within the testing team
• Provides guidance, mentoring, consultations, and training to support team capability and professional development
• Oversees the preparation of test documentation and user manuals

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• A team-oriented leader who can unite colleagues and guide them toward shared objectives
• At least 2+ years of experience leading a testing team of minimum 4 testers
• Good knowledge of various testing methodologies and the ability to apply them effectively in practice
• Solid overall IT background and understanding of technology environments
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, with confidence in handling stressful or conflict situations
• Analytical mindset with the ability to go into testing details when needed
• Ability to identify gaps, weaknesses, and areas for enhancement, whether in testing execution or methodology
• Very good command of English
