Social Media Coordinator for Adhesives

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
Social Media is an important and essential part of every brand's marketing strategy and so it is in Henkel. It has become the most influential and important platform, not only used for social networking but is also a great way of digitally advertising our brands and products. Now we are looking for an extra support to the team of social media coordinators to:
*Take ownership of the social media accounts for our Adhesives brands
*Work daily with advanced social media management tools such as Sprinklr and META Business Manager
*Provide support for LinkedIn and YouTube activities
*Manage social media administration and troubleshoot issues across platforms
*Support global and local teams on social media topics, including account creation, access management, and performance reporting
*Oversee user administration and license management
*Contribute to the deployment and further development of a new Martech social media tool
*Train and support colleagues worldwide, including onboarding them to the Sprinklr platform
*Ensure the smooth and effective operation of all social media accounts

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
We are ready to provide everything you need for onboarding and your further professional, financial and personal development with us. To make it effective and the start easier, we expect you to have:
*Fluency in English, both written and spoken, for effective interaction with international stakeholders
*Proven experience in social media management (to be discussed during the interview)
*Strong ability to track, interpret, and optimize KPI results
*Familiarity with META Business Manager, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and social media tools such as Sprinklr or Hootsuite is a strong advantage and will support a faster onboarding process
*High level of self-organization and reliability, with the ability to manage projects independently
