Transport Dispatcher

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
We are looking for a dispatcher to join our team - someone with experience in road freight transport, who is resilient under pressure and can confidently handle daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily communication with truck drivers 
• Regular coordination with the Planning Department in English
• Close cooperation with planning teams regarding loading and unloading schedules
• Overseeing international road freight transport operations across the EU
• Monitoring the accuracy and timeliness of shipments
• Managing transport documentation and confirmations
• Being on-call and available by phone for urgent or after-hours issues
• Solving real-time operational problems (delays, rerouting, driver needs)
• Collaboration with internal departments such as warehouse, customer service, and maintenance

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Experience in dispatching, transport coordination, or freight forwarding - preferred
• Fluent English - essential for communication with internal departments and planning
• Russian or Ukrainian language - an advantage, especially for driver communication
• Any additional foreign language is a plus in our industry
• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
• Flexibility and readiness to answer calls outside working hours when needed
