Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in logistics and trade compliance? Do you value accuracy, structure, and well-functioning processes in an international environment? If so, this opportunity may be the right next step in your career.

We are looking for a Trade Compliance & Logistics Specialist who will support and coordinate cross-border logistics and compliance activities across our European operations. In this role, you will contribute to ensuring that shipments, documentation, and data processes meet both regulatory and internal standards.

Your mission:

You won’t just “support operations”—you’ll be the reason they work.

  • Keep compliance sharp: Review customs documentation, validate HS codes, and ensure Incoterms are applied correctly, because details matter.
  • Make data meaningful: Gather and structure logistics data across multiple European sites to track costs, performance, and delivery reliability.
  • Own the numbers: Build and maintain Excel dashboards that turn raw data into clear insights for decision-making.
  • Solve everyday challenges: Work with freight forwarders and customs brokers to resolve shipment delays or documentation issues quickly and effectively.
  • Stay audit-ready: Maintain organized, accurate records so everything is in place when it’s needed.
  • Be the go-to expert: Support local warehouse teams with guidance on standard logistics and compliance procedures.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

What you bring

You’re not just experienced—you’re dependable, analytical, and proactive.

  • At least 7 years of experience in logistics, forwarding, or customs administration
  • Strong understanding of customs principles, Incoterms, and logistics documentation (CMR, BOL, COO)
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data cleaning—you actually use them daily)
  • Experience in a multinational or automotive environment is a plus
  • Confident English communication (B2/C1 level)
  • A structured, detail-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Reliability, flexibility, and a solution-oriented approach
  • Willingness to travel when needed
