Quality systems engineer junior (IATF specialist Junior)

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) according to IATF 16949.

• Process quality management and problem solving in the production process.

• Manage PPAP submissions to customers according to standards.

• Review supplier PPAP packages to ensure full compliance before approval.

• Update Core Tools documentation including FMEAs, Control Plans, and Flowcharts.

• Participation in complaint analysis and definition of corrective measures.

• Adherence to the regulations and documentation based on the quality management system in accordance with the IATF16949 standard, to meet the requirements of applicable laws, regulations and internal regulations for environmental protection and safety and health protection at work, and the requirements required by the ISO 14001 standards.

• Performance, monitoring and evaluation of VDA audits.

• Close cooperation with production and laboratory.

• Regular reports to the quality manager.

• Evaluation and decision to manufacture products, based on catalogue containing defects and PV6720 standard and related documents.

• Ensuring compliance with work procedures and standards in the production line and direct communication with production operators.

• Compliance with the Code of Ethics of the GRUPO COPO and related policies of Copo Slovakia.

• Adherence to the principles of health and safety and environmental protection, in accordance with the sustainability policy and the use of prescribed work clothes and protective work equipment.

• Processed and managed personal data in the line with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requirements.
