Total Reward Expert & Project Coordinator

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
* Support Global Process Owners of Total Rewards in developing and implementing a global Total Rewards strategy aligned with the organization’s business objectives — with key focus areas including Living Wage and Pay Transparency
*Support and design and manage global Total Rewards programs and projects in collaboration with the Core Total Reward team
*Prepare and align communication materials for Total Reward initiatives, including executive-level presentations
*Collaborate closely with regional TR teams and the GBS+ Manila team to ensure global alignment
*Identify and address gaps in Total Reward processes; propose and implement improvements to enhance employee experience
*Conduct analysis, research, and benchmarking, ensuring high-quality project documentation
*Prepare high-quality presentations and supporting materials for Executive Committee meetings and other senior-level communications

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
* Minimum 3 years of Total Rewards experience, ideally in a global or matrixed environment
*Strong experience in managing multiple projects with competing priorities and stakeholders
*Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
*Proven ability to manage initiatives independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
*Fluent in English (both written and spoken), Slovak is not required
*Experience or knowledge of Living Wage and Pay Transparency programs is a plus
*Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., IF functions, data interpretation; Macros a plus) and PowerPoint, SAP, and other MS Office tools is a strong advantage
*Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills with a collaborative mindset in an international environment
