Assistant Management Accountant

Cipher Europe s.r.o., a subsidiary of the British company Cipher Group Ltd, is looking for a new member to join our growing team as a Assistant Management Accountant. Despite the economic downturn, we are experiencing strong growth, prompting us to expand our team.

This is an opportunity to join a young and dynamic team within a rapidly growing company that distributes outdoor equipment brands like Trakker Products and Aqua Products across continental Europe from our distribution center in Malacky.

This position is also suitable for recent graduates with the required language skills and personal attributes.

We are seeking an ambitious Assistant Management Accountant to collaborate with our operations team, responsible for distributing our products across Europe.

Your responsibilities will include:

• General ledger and balance sheet management
• General accounting tasks and invoicing
• Debt management and control
• Cash flow forecasting and monitoring
• Processing of month end accounts
• Budget preparation and tracking
• Collaboration with colleagues from the UK parent company
• Liaising with external Accountants and Auditor
• Supporting the annual audit process
• Assisting CEO with adhoc tasks
• HR and payroll administration
• Performing other essential duties to ensure smooth company operations

What We’re Looking For

✅ Detail-oriented, hardworking team player with a strong work ethic
✅ Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
✅3 years of accounting experience
✅Fluent in English (B2) and Slovak
✅Excellent communication skills
✅Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
