O pozícii
Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
• Handle Aviation customer and partner requests quickly and accurately, following agreed SLAs
• Manage airline and reseller contracts in SAP and maintain all related Aviation and Customer Master Data.
• Investigate and resolve claims and complaints, ensuring clear communication and customer
satisfaction.
• Support risk-management activities within the Aviation back-office scope.
• Ensure correct and timely invoicing and complete all required period-end bookings.
• Act as key user for SAP O2C, SAF business and Salesforce, driving improvements, testing, training and automation.
• Coordinate back-office tasks between fueling companies, Aviation Business and airports; review and approve partner invoices.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operational processes across locations.
• Provide data, insights and procedural support to the Aviation sales team, including tenders and special cases.
• Contribute to SAF-related projects and support implementation activities across the Aviation business

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
• University degree Min. Bc., professional experience 2-3 years.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and internal
stakeholders.
• Customer-focused with a proactive attitude and flexibility to handle changing priorities or new
technologies.
• High accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks - teamwork is essential
• Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP and Salesforce knowledge is a plus
