Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

As a .NET Developer at Kistler, you will be primarily responsible for the development and enhancement of software solutions which are critical for configuring, acquiring, and analyzing high-precision measurement data in R&D and automotive environments. You will work within an agile development team to deliver robust, scalable, and user-friendly applications that ensure seamless integration with Kistler’s cutting-edge sensor and data acquisition systems, contributing directly to the performance and reliability of our solutions.

Main Tasks:

• Collaborate within a dynamic software development team
• Design and develop .NET-based software components
• Analyze requirements and design, implement, and test software modules
• Create and maintain software requirement specifications for assigned topics
• Produce software design documentation in compliance with Kistler quality standards
• Develop and unit test WPF desktop applications, including data visualization functionality
• Design, implement, and test services for device discovery, configuration, and monitoring
• Participate in bug fixing, debugging, and code reviews
• Apply Kistler's methodologies for professional software development
• Contribute to continuous integration and delivery processes

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Degree in Computer Engineering (University, University of Applied Sciences, HTL, or equivalent)
• Proven expertise in C# programming and the .NET Framework/.NET Core ecosystem
• Strong experience in software engineering principles and development best practices
• Proficiency in working with relational databases, including design and optimization
• Solid understanding of software modeling tools and technologies
• Analytical and systematic working style with a strong focus on quality
• Experience mentoring and guiding other software developers is an advantage
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional and international teams
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written
