Production Manager

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• Ensuring the production of high-quality products that meet defined standards and generate sufficient revenue to support the company’s operations and development, through assigned team members
• Reporting to the Company Director
• Leading the assigned team (Team Leaders and Production Operators)
• Planning, organizing, and managing production to achieve required productivity and efficiency
• Assigning tasks to team members according to their skills and capabilities
• Measuring, evaluating, and managing the performance of team members
• Implementing and enforcing standard requirements and procedures in the production process
• Defining, maintaining, and controlling product quality at the specified level
  
• Communicating effectively with subordinates and participating in meetings
• Working with the information system and preparing relevant reports
• Being authorized to recognize and reward employee performance, propose bonuses, appoint Team Leaders, participate in the selection of production employees, stop production when necessary, and issue written warnings for non-compliance with approved procedures and guidelines​

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Advanced expertise in production management, experience with custom, non-mass production is an advantage
• Understanding of quality standards and production processes
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Ishikawa, process optimization, and data analysis
• Familiarity with SAP or ability to learn SAP quickly
• English language proficiency at B2 level, at minimum sufficient for performing assigned tasks
• Consistent in achieving product quality and complying with prescribed customer requirements
• Goal-oriented
• Decisive, capable of acting and using his/her authority
• Precise and thoughtful
• Communicative and customer-oriented
• Willing to establish production standards that ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• A role model for his/her team, keeping his/her word, fair and demanding toward subordinates
