O pozícii
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers, including healthcare professionals, pharmacies, clinics, and other medical facilities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Present and demonstrate medical products or services to clients, highlighting their benefits and applications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
- Gather feedback from clients and relay insights to the team for product development or improvement.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market conditions.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with medical products, devices, or services is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Valid driver’s license
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
- Czech language is must
