O pozícii

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential customers, including healthcare professionals, pharmacies, clinics, and other medical facilities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Present and demonstrate medical products or services to clients, highlighting their benefits and applications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Gather feedback from clients and relay insights to the team for product development or improvement.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with medical products, devices, or services is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
  • Czech language is must
