SEKURIT HOŘOVICE - Supply Chain Specialist

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and independent team member with english skills for daily communication with suppliers and coordination of deliveries.

Your responsibilities:

• Monitor stock levels of strategic materials
• Check delivery dates, invoices, and warehouse inventory
• Communicate with suppliers and manage purchase orders
• Handle transportation, claims, and technical requirements
• Collaborate with headquarters, warehouse, and production teams
• Work primarily with SAP and Excel tools

What we expect from you:

• Experience in production planning and creating manufacturing documentation
• Strong PC skills – Excel is essential, SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Ability to communicate in English
• Analytical and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to challenges
• Flexibility, reliability, and resilience under pressure
