CASH COLLECTOR WITH FRENCH LANGUAGE

What you’ll do:

• Talk to customers (by phone & email) about overdue invoices and payment issues
• Keep customer accounts up to date in our system (SAP & CRM)
• Solve disputes quickly and keep track of communication
• Work with other teams to make sure data is accurate and risks are spotted early

What we’re looking for:

• French + English (both at a communicative level)
• Good communication skills — clear, friendly, and confident
• Basic experience in finance, customer service, or a shared service center is a plus — but graduates are welcome too!
• Knowledge of SAP or Excel would be an advantage
