O pozícii

We’re looking for a Business Development Specialist who will support our global Partner Business Development organization and help drive pipeline growth through effective coordination, data insights, and best practice sharing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic and international environment.

Job description

  • Coordinate regular meetings and activities for the Partner Business Development community and help share best practices across regions
  • Collect, organize, and share best practices, insights, and useful materials across the global team
  • Work with pipeline data - pull it, check it, and analyze trends to support decision‑making
  • Prepare presentations and summaries for leadership meetings
  • Track important actions and decisions from meetings and make sure they are completed on time
  • Lead the creation of the Quarterly Newsletter by gathering inputs from different teams and preparing the final version
  • Maintain and improve team collaboration tools (such as SharePoint) to ensure information is easy to find and use
  • Support updates to Demand Generation guides and CMI Market Segmentation reports
  • Provide regular reports and analysis on partner resource usage and pipeline trends
  • Help organize Blitz events, including coordination with regions, logistics, partner communication, onsite support, and follow‑up

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing)
  • Strong organizational skills, including task management, prioritization, and logistics coordination
  • Problem-solving mindset and adaptability
  • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities, including the ability to extract, validate, and interpret pipeline data
  • Familiarity with AI tools and data-driven insights generation
  • Ability to engage and coordinate with global and regional leadership stakeholders
  • Experience creating executive presentations, reports, and internal communications
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Experience working with collaboration and knowledge management platforms (e.g., SharePoint)
