As a Business Development Manager:
• You acquire new business clients (selling Antal's services and products)
• You conduct pricing negotiations
• You identify and define clients’ needs and provide consultancy on proposed solutions
• You maintain relationships with existing clients
• You represent the company at conferences and other industry events (in Czech Republic and abroad)
About You:
• You have several years of experience in B2B sales (corporate or business clients)
• You know how to build long-term business relationships
• You combine strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate at all levels of an organization
• You know how to work towards sales targets
• You have excellent organizational, negotiation, and time management skills
• You are fluent in English (both spoken and written), at least at B2 level
• Experience working in international markets
• Knowledge of the recruitment/HR industry
