We're looking for a motivated team member to support key Compensation & Benefits processes, such as incentives, merit reviews, data analysis, and HR communications. This role offers the chance to work on international projects, collaborate across teams, and contribute to meaningful compensation strategies. If you’re detail-oriented and eager to grow in a global HR environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support the administration of short- and long-term incentive plans, including sales incentives.
- Prepare and distribute target letters and achievement calculation statements.
- Assist with merit review processes, including salary data management and tool preparation.
- Contribute to the creation of HR training content and communication materials.
- Analyze and visualize compensation data using Excel and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Create professional presentations and maintain internal SharePoint content.
- Support country-specific requests and documentation related to compensation and benefits.
Your profile:
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- University degree or currently pursuing one.
- HR experience is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Good time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Interest in a long-term cooperation.
