IT Engineer

Main tasks to include:

- Responsible for IT infrastructure operation and maintenance management；
Includes operation and maintenance of IT helpdesk, printing services, backup services, network equipment, access control and time and attendance systems, etc;

- Responsible for the initial assessment of information system project procurement: includes provide information technology solutions, equipment assessment, etc.

- IT asset management:
Responsible for the management of the whole life cycle of IT assets (issuance, recovery, transfer, scrapping, etc.)
Responsible for the inventory of IT assets twice a year and proper registration
Responsible for the registration of incoming and outgoing IT accessories and consumables, and timely warning of stock emergencies

- Service Awareness:
Work actively, respond quickly to needs and have a good sense of service; training the employee,
Be the first to solve all kinds of IT problems encountered by users, ensure production as the first principle.

- Familiar with the technical operation and maintenance of systems required for production, such as SAP, Scada, MES, etc., and effectively solve production problems caused by IT systems.

- Information security management and control:
Assist the HQ in the local implementation of the information security strategy and the certification of information security, etc.

- Operation and maintenance management capabilities：
Establish and manage operation and maintenance work systems (such as service SLA, response time standards)
Assist department managers in cross-department communication and coordination
Team management ( such as attendance of team members, weekly work reports, and the allocation of short-term tasks)

Our expectations:

Experience: 2+ years of experience as an IT Engineer and some management experience

Languages: Czech, English (English as working language);

Skills and knowledge:

1. Familiar with the construction, management and operation and maintenance of infrastructure servers.
2. Familiar with the management and maintenance of IT equipment in manufacturing factories (computers/switches/routers/printers/UPS/wireless AP, etc.)
3. Familiar with the management and maintenance of IT rooms in manufacturing factories
4. Familiar with various common software (MS word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook/Visio/IE, etc.), good troubleshooting ability and soft skills in remote management software/protocol ability (TeamViewer, etc.)
5. Familiar with the technical operation and maintenance of systems required for production, such as SAP, Scada, MES, etc.
