We are seeking a talented individual to join our Level 1 Support Team as a member of our dynamic and growing organization. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and is committed to resolving technical issues in a timely manner.

Your main responsibilities

• Responding to customer inquiries via MS Teams chat, phone, and email in a professional and timely manner
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues
• Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Creating and updating support tickets in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues

Your profile

• Experience in a IT customer service or technical support role would be ideal
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer support tools
• Interest in IT and willingness to learn IT skills
• English language is a must; Czech/French/German languages are welcome
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work in a team environment
• We work from Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 19:00, on call duty once in 2 months
• Flexibility of hours is possible within the needs of the service desk incidents
