We are looking for a motivated and skilled Financial Analyst to join our newly established department under the leadership of the Head of Performance Controlling and Finance, Planning & Analysis for Digital Industries (DI) in the Lead Country Bundle Austria (LCB). This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic financial initiatives across 26 countries, creating global impact through meaningful projects.

You’ll make a difference by:

• Supporting the development and maintenance of reporting and analytics frameworks to ensure sales and financial transparency
• Assisting in budgeting and forecasting processes, including conducting variance analyses and proposing corrective actions
• Contributing to pricing strategies and profitability analyses
• Participating in strategic projects to support the achievement of business objectives
• Ensuring compliance with financial governance and standards
• Collaborating effectively within interdisciplinary and intercultural teams

Your success is grounded in:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience in financial analysis, controlling, or related roles
• A strong understanding of financial standards and reporting processes
• Experience working with digital tools and analytics platforms
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
