We’re looking for an 🌍 Export Business Development Manager to lead and grow our international distribution network. This is a strategic role focused on partner engagement, market expansion, and increasing Calibra’s global presence.
🔍 What You’ll Do
- Identify, onboard, and manage international distribution partners.
- Lead pricing execution and support B2B commercial success.
- Build strategic plans to expand into new markets and optimize product portfolios.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, product, and customer service teams to align goals and support partners.
- Strengthen Calibra’s brand visibility and reputation worldwide.
- Represent Calibra at international trade shows, veterinary expos, and industry events.
- Monitor global trends, analyze competition, and identify new business opportunities.
- Travel frequently to meet partners and support local market growth (up to 60%).
✅ What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, export, or international business development.
- A proven track record in managing key accounts or distributors (FMCG or pet/animal health experience is a plus).
- Commercial acumen, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Fluency in English (B2+); additional languages are an advantage.
- Cultural awareness and experience in multicultural business environments.
- University degree in business, economics, or a related field (preferred).
- Willingness to travel frequently and visit our Brno HQ at least once a month.
- Valid B category driving licence.
