Business Development Coordinator

At Invia x Wakacje x Travelplanet, the leading online travel company in Central and Eastern Europe, we are looking for a Business Development Coordinator to strengthen our Business Development team. You will play a key role in driving additional travel services, payment solutions, and new e-commerce initiatives across our markets.

What you will do

- Independently manage and coordinate both long-term and short-term projects within Invia Group, with primary focus on the CEE region (CZ, SK, HU, PL).
- Take ownership of add-on services purchased with trips (insurance, transfers, etc.) and payment methods.
- Lead the preparation and execution of new e-commerce initiatives from idea to launch.
- Identify business opportunities and follow modern trends in online business and travel.
- Collaborate and coordinate activities across multiple teams and departments.
- Conduct business analyses and prepare regular reporting for stakeholders.

What we expect

- Previous professional experience in travel industry or e-commerce projects is a strong advantage.
- Experience in managing smaller projects is highly valued.
- Proactive mindset, motivation to learn, independence, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Analytical thinking, structured approach, and ability to see the bigger picture.
- Strong PC skills (MS Office, BI tools, JIRA).
- Knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus.
- Very good command of Czech and English (both spoken and written) – you will work with international colleagues daily.
