Senior Project Manager (m/f)

For our client, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to take full responsibility for projects, from the initial customer enquiry through delivery, invoicing and receipt of payment. The successful candidate will lead a team of approximately five employees, manage project profitability and develop customer relationships in close cooperation with the Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery and taking responsibility through to invoicing and payment.
• Plan and coordinate project activities, schedules, staffing requirements and resource allocation.
• Lead a team of approximately five employees, conduct performance and development reviews, and submit recruitment requests when additional staff are needed.
• Monitor project profitability, control costs and implement corrective actions when financial or operational targets are not met.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, maintain regular communication, conduct on-site visits and monitor customer satisfaction.
• Identify additional customer needs and opportunities to expand services. Develop existing relationships and pursue new customers in cooperation with the Sales Manager.
• Conduct audits in accordance with the LPA process, report findings and oversee corrective actions using the PDCA methodology.
• Apply relevant quality tools and support continuous improvement in project delivery and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• At least two years of project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, including 8D, 5 Whys and 5S.
• Basic knowledge of quality management systems and ISO 9001.
• Strong leadership and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to plan resources, manage project costs and monitor profitability.
• Czech and English language skills are required.
• Willingness to travel regularly and work at customer sites.
• Working Arrangements and Benefits:
• Business travel approximately two to three days per week.
