Group Franchise Specialist/Manager

At DODO, we are building a scalable franchise model that enables our partners to run last-mile delivery efficiently across multiple countries.

We are looking for someone to help us build and further develop the Franchise Platform: a system of processes, tools, standards, and data solutions that allows our franchise partners to operate consistently, efficiently, and transparently.

This role sits at the intersection of Business Product Management, Process Excellence, and Business Analytics.

You won't just manage existing processes. Your job will be to find opportunities for improvement, design solutions, and help put them into practice across the whole group.

Job description:

Building the Franchise Platform

• Co-create and develop a unified franchise and 3PL operating model across countries.
• Identify differences between markets and propose standardized solutions.
• Create processes, rules, and tools that support the efficient operation of the franchise network.
• Own selected areas of the Franchise Platform from design through implementation.

Process excellence and standardization

• Map and optimize key processes related to franchisee operations.
• Set standards and methodologies that can be applied across countries.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Support the adoption of new processes in individual countries.

Analytics and performance management

• Work with operational and financial data.
• Design KPIs and metrics for evaluating franchisee performance.
• Contribute to the design of remuneration models and incentive schemes.
• Prepare data-driven analyses and recommendations.

Project management

• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Finance, BI, Product, IT, and other teams.
• Coordinate the implementation of changes from the first proposal through to rollout.
• Monitor the results and impact of implemented solutions.

Requirements:

• We are looking for an analytically strong person who enjoys structure, data, and finding better ways of working.
• The ideal candidate has experience with:
• process management, business analysis, or operational excellence,
• process design and optimization,
• working with data and creating analytical outputs,
• managing projects across multiple teams,
• translating business needs into concrete solutions,
• fluent English (C1).

Nice to have:

• experience building internal products or tools,
• experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI),
• experience in logistics, e-commerce, or retail,
• experience with a franchise or partner model,
• knowledge of Lean / Continuous Improvement principles.
