Plant Manager

Innomotics High Voltage (HV) is a global player in the market, providing customers with a comprehensive product portfolio that meets their needs. At the Innomotics HV Factory in Drásov near Brno (DRA), with more than 750 employees, we design and manufacture high-voltage motors and industrial generators. These efficient machines help our customers reduce energy consumption and make their production more competitive and sustainable.

In addition, our factory in Drásov supplies components to our global network of motor production facilities.

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Plant Manager for the DRA site to oversee daily operations, lead 750 employees, and provide strategic direction for our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will report directly to the Global Head of the High Voltage Division. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in plant operations, and a proven track record in driving efficiency and productivity.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

• Lead plant operations to ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Take responsibility for all relevant factory KPIs, including the DRA factory P&L.
• Drive continuous productivity through optimization and digitalization of manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate closely with global stakeholders such as sister factories, sales regions, and central functions to jointly drive improvements.
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of approximately 750 employees.
• Implement and maintain efficient processes to optimize production timing and quality, ensuring competitiveness and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and manage the plant budget, implementing cost-saving measures.
• Foster a culture of safety and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Qualifications

• Proven experience in plant management or a similar leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean methodologies, quality control, and supply chain management.
• Strong customer orientation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, also on an international level.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve operational excellence.
• Ability to build relationships and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Data-driven decision-making skills.
