Integrated Management System Administrator – Europe – Lovosice

The Integrated Management System Administrator - Europe will take a pro-active approach to ensure that NCH Europe Management systems are current, accurate, maintained, and comply with internal and external standards.

The IMS Administrator - Europe will work with the IMS Coordinator - Europe and the IMS Coordinator UK&IE, facility managers and other relevant personnel at each location a managment system is in use (or the company wishes to implement a management system) in order to ensure ongoing compliance, and provide ongoing support, as needed.

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure compliance with EHS legislation and company standards
• To be the primary administrator responsible for the maintenance, upkeep, and accuracy of documents related to management systems (eg ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001, and others) in use within NCH Europe,
• Support audits, inspections, and IMS & EHS database management,
• Continuously strive for ways to make improvements, in terms of applicability, effectiveness, ease of use, and efficiency, to NCH management systems,
• Assist and support the EHS Department in all administrative tasks,
• Support implementation of the IMS Management System (ISO & EHS).

• English and Czech (fluent, both written and spoken)
