As our Supply chain specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain & Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is ready to help build and optimize our supply chain and customer service processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the development and implementation of supply chain and customer service processes.
• Manage and track customer orders, quotations, and invoicing.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in Excel and other systems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Strong experience with Microsoft Excel – including data analysis, pivot tables, and reporting. Knowledge of power query and Power BI is an advantage
• Basic understanding of quotation, order, and invoicing processes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Previous experience in supply chain or customer service is an advantage.
• Problem-solving mindset – able to independently identify issues and propose effective solutions
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company
