Cybersecurity Intern - part time job

The Elevion Group (member of the CEZ Group), is an international company based in Prague/Amsterdam with more than 5,000 employees and revenues around 1B Euro. The Group consists of 60+ companies and is looking for a motivated Cybersecurity Intern (Part-Time) to join our Information Security Team.

Your Role:

As a Cybersecurity Intern, you will support the Information Security Team by:

• Participating in Group-wide Information Security projects and assisting with the identification, analysis, and tracking of cybersecurity risks.
• Supporting and executing processes and controls to strengthen the Elevion Group’s security posture.
• Working hands-on with security tools such as EDR/XDR platform, vulnerability management solution, and other cybersecurity systems.
• Performing reviews of user account management, identity and access controls, and related security processes.
• Assisting in awareness initiatives to enhance employee understanding of cyber threats.
• Providing administrative and organizational support for security-related projects and initiatives.

What do we expect from you?

• Ongoing university studies in IT, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field (or recent graduate).
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts, risks, and common threats.
• Interest in security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.) and tools (XDR, vulnerability management, cloud security).
• Good IT skills and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English (German and/or additional language is an advantage).
• Proactive, curious, and eager to develop.
