RECEPTIONIST

Kearney is searching for a suitable candidate for the position of a Receptionist. Students at any stage of their studies, also first year students, are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to applicants with interest in a long term cooperation.

Job Responsibilities:

- Open reception area daily

- Adhere to the telephone guidelines daily

- Answer all incoming calls to reception promptly

- Assign temporary office space or conference rooms to visitors/employees

- Coordinate car service and parking requests

- Coordinate taxi requests

- Ability to provide general Office Services support to all levels of staff (printing, binding, place service calls, shredding, etc.)

- Mail distribution

- Provide travel and visa support

- Maintain office cleaning/maintenance schedule

– Highly reliable and trustworthy

– Confident, flexible, with high attention to details

– Knowledge of other MS Office programs

– Fluency in English and Czech or Slovak
