HSE Coordinator – Czech Republic

What will be your role

• As an HSE Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) across our operations in the Czech Republic.
• This role goes beyond a standard H&S specialist position – you will act as a key partner for the SHE agenda across the organization.

Your main responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Incident Management System
• Coordinate occupational health and safety activities
• Prevent recurrence of incidents and promote a strong safety culture
• Cooperate with local management and support operational excellence
• Share best practices within the East Cluster (CZ, PL, SK, HU, RO)
• Implement and continuously improve HSE processes and standards
• Maintain an active presence in operations (“Gemba” approach)
