Full-Stack Web Developer

In this role, you’ll be tasked with the development, maintenance and design of our corporate website application and associated applications, ensuring they operate flawlessly and deliver exceptional user experiences. Your day-to-day will involve a collaborative partnership with web and UX designers to translate visual and functional design into reality, while also engaging directly with internal customers to understand and implement their vision. Your technical prowess in coding for both front-end and back-end systems will be crucial, as will your commitment to rigorous testing to uphold our standard of customer satisfaction. Your role is not just about writing code - it’s about building the foundation of a modern marketing engine and driving technological efficiency across our stack.

Responsibilities:

* Coding: Write efficient code using programming languages
* Troubleshooting: Handle website issues and create solutions for bugs
* Communication: Interact with colleagues, managers, and stakeholders to determine needs and design preferences
* Research: Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and research software programs
* Documentation: Create and maintain software documentation
* Build and optimize a secure web page for evolving business needs
* Provide continued support for all three web properties
* Maintain communication with team members and supervisors concerning the direction of the website
* Perform routine site audits, as well as ongoing maintenance, on an as-needed basis

Requirements:

* BS degree in related field or equivalent experience
* At least 2 years of relevant experience
* Solution-oriented programming skills in Java, Spring framework, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and Bootstrap
* Experience with standard software development tools such as Git and JIRA
* Experience with PostgreSQL databases or other relational database systems
* Ability to troubleshoot and optimize web pages for security and responsiveness
* Understanding of network diagnostics and analytical tools
* Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) practices
* Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
* Excellent communication skills, excellent time-management skills
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a global company, reporting to manager in Arizona
* Highly self-motivated, multi-tasking, flexible
* Fluent English written and spoken
