Thermal systems in electric cars need to be smart in order reduce energy consumption and increase range. We are working on innovations such as electric compressors, high-voltage heaters or HVAC units with CO2 refrigerant. We have brand new laboratories including a unique acoustic chamber.

As we expand our expert team, we're currently seeking a Platform Validation Expert / Engineer to play a key role in validating complex cooling technologies.

YOUR CHALLENGES:

• Design and validate testing methodologies for thermal systems and compressors
• Define and refine technical standards across projects
• Analyze physical data and translate it into engineering improvements
• Collaborate on new validation approaches and industry benchmarks
• Drive performance enhancements through smart cooling innovations
• Help shape next-gen technologies with real-world impact

LET´s TALK ABOUT YOU:

• Degree in engineering or a related technical field
• Deep know-how in thermodynamics, cooling systems, and compressors
• Hands-on testing & validation experience (ideally thermal tech)
• Sharp eye for specs and the creativity to turn them into smart testing strategies
• Drive to define new standards and shape validation processes
• Confidence in English — written & spoken
