Automation Engineer – L2 Remote Support

Are you an experienced automation engineer or PLC programmer? Do you enjoy solving technical challenges, supporting others, and working across borders? Join us as a remote support specialist, where your skills will help drive the performance and reliability of Bühler systems around the globe.

What You’ll Do

• Resolve automation-related issues for customers in the food industry and beyond – such as milling, chocolate or pasta production
• Provide 2nd-level remote support using real-time system alerts and diagnostics
• Collaborate with on-site engineers and other technical specialists
• Capture solutions and contribute to continuous improvement

Who We’re Looking For

• Education or experience in electrical, mechanical, or automation engineering
• Solid hands-on knowledge of PLC programming, process control, and visualization systems
• Fluent English for global collaboration
• German is an advantage, but not required
