O pozícii

We’re looking for someone who sees beyond spreadsheets – someone who understands the story behind the numbers and can translate data into clear, actionable insights. If you’re ready to take ownership, shape processes, and support decision-making at all levels of the business, this role could be a great fit.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes with accuracy and ownership.
  • Collect and consolidate financial data across departments, identify deviations, and dive into the “why.”
  • Deliver regular reports and insightful ad-hoc analyses that support real decisions.
  • Build and improve financial structures and processes that are efficient, scalable, and tech-friendly.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, network, and aftersales teams to guide financial planning.
  • Monitor cash flow, costs, and financial health of the company.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and local financial regulations.
  • Collaborate with auditors and make sure month-end doesn’t feel like the end of the world.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally in a fast-moving or evolving business environment.
  • A track record of creating or improving financial processes and systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into strategy.
  • A tech-forward mindset and interest in modernizing workflows.
  • Solid knowledge of financial reporting, planning, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Czech or Slovak.
  • Familiarity with Czech/Slovak financial regulations is a strong plus.
  • A hands-on, proactive attitude and comfort working with ambiguity.
