Location: Prague (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 remote)

At Noviko, part of the Covetrus Group – a global leader in veterinary distribution active in 20+ countries – we’ve been delivering smart solutions and premium products to veterinarians, pet shops, and industry partners for over 25 years. Now, we’re looking for a Regional Project Manager CEES to drive strategic transformation across Central Eastern Europe and Switzerland.

Why This Role Matters

This is a brand-new position in our Operational Excellence team, designed to bring bold ideas to life and elevate how we operate across a diverse, international landscape. Reporting to the Director of Operational Excellence, you’ll lead cross-functional projects from end to end, ensuring they align with our long-term goals and create measurable value.




What You’ll Own:

  • Partner with local leaders to identify, prioritize, and deliver key strategic initiatives.
  • Build structured project plans with clear goals, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Lead diverse teams through execution, managing scope, budgets, and risks along the way.
  • Keep stakeholders aligned with regular updates and proactive communication.
  • Deliver post-project insights, ensuring sustainability and continuous improvement.
  • Champion a culture of collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence.




What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience managing supply chain or operational projects at a strategic level.
  • Strong grasp of logistics and process optimization; commercial understanding is a bonus.
  • A recognized project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, CAPM).
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma) is an asset.
  • Fluent in English; other regional languages are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the region.
