Key Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy chains and wholesalers to achieve business objectives
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Set individual performance targets for each pharmacy chain / stakeholder and monitor progress towards those targets
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize channel presence and product offerings
• Propose strategic and tactical initiatives to meet agreed targets
• Provide valuable market insights to inform marketing planning and strategy development
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive initiatives

What we need from you?

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a pharmaceutical or FMCG company, with established working relationships in pharmacy chains
• Experience in the drogerie or food channel is a plus
• Proficient in English and Czech, both written and spoken
• Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office
• Excellent presentation skills and a leadership-oriented mindset
• Driver's licence
• A proactive personality with an entrepreneurial approach and a strong affinity for taking initiative
