SENIOR RECRUITER / Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

onsemi is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Recruiter / Senior Talent Acquisition Partner based in Rožnov to manage the full recruitment lifecycle including developing active sourcing strategies, attracting top talent, conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and supporting hiring decisions. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, build strong talent pipelines, and maintain relationships with external talent sources. Additionally, you will participate in coordinating and/or attending job fairs and other recruitment events. As a trusted Talent Acquisition Partner, you will help ensure onsemi attracts and hires the skilled professionals needed to support our continued growth and innovation.

What will you do

• Act as a key contact for hiring at onsemi in the Czech Republic (Roznov pod Radhostem and Brno).
• Manage the entire hiring process, from requisition approval to onboarding.
• Develop innovative, creative, and proactive recruiting and direct sourcing strategies.
• Identify improvement initiatives to provide customer satisfaction and excellent candidate experience.
• Effectively build and engage with talent communities through various channels.
• Partner with regional teams to support recruitment initiatives across other countries and sites when required.
• Organize and support branding activities to establish a recognizable “Employer of Choice” reputation for the company.

What we are looking for

• MS degree preferred. An equivalent combination of BS degree or secondary education with relevant professional experience may also be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment, active sourcing and direct search experience.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
• Experience from multinational or international business environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global corporate environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Perfect Czech and English command, both written and spoken.
