O pozícii
We are looking for a Account Manager for our Division Low Voltage Motors based in Czech Republic. In our Low Voltage Division, you will be developing the business for dedicated countries and customers across Europe and Africa utilizing a direct interface to our factories. You will be working in a factory based sales team and represent direct CRM relationship to customers as well as drive the strategic development for market share in Africa.
With strong focus on growth, you are part of our organization which expands the benchmark in innovation, product efficiency and customer relationship for a premium global electric motor brand.
Your Future Role and key responsibilities
- Customer focus is key - The role will identify and build up new customers in potential markets. Within our factory based team, you will manage customers directly and build the sales interface.
- You will expand the low voltage business and work within our strong sales channels for OEM’s and partners building relationships, managing RFQ’s and driving orders according to growth targets
- The position has to oversee the financial aspects of the respective business or customers, including revenue, margin, operating expenses and T&C.
- You are able to set up and follow a business plan and the related strategy, which ensure consistent growth in profitability and market share.
- Drive the CRM activities by developing local go-to-market strategies, expanding existing customer relationships, and opening new revenue channels.
- Customer centricity: Strengthen long-term customer partnerships by ensuring best-in-class support, responsiveness, and innovation.

We imagine you have
- Technical degree - Master or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred
- Sales or business development skills with 3-5 years working experience in account and project management roles within CRM; ideally in Low Voltage Motors
- Team spirit
- Self- driven, stable delivery under pressure
- Global market background in electric Motors Product sales
- Strong Customer Focus with passion for Low Voltage Motors
- Active communication skills
- Advanced English required, German preferrable
- Integrity, honesty and loyalty
