Group Lean Production Excellence Specialist

As a Group Lean Production Excellence Specialist, you will play a key role in driving global standardization and efficiency across production and maintenance processes within our international operations. You will lead cross-functional initiatives and work with teams worldwide to implement best practices in Lean and Production systems.

Your tasks – what can you expect?

• Develop and implement global standardization frameworks and system integration strategies
• Lead cross-functional projects focused on continuous improvement
• Optimize asset performance and reliability using engineering-based approaches
• Apply data-driven methods to enhance efficiency and sustainability
• Monitor KPIs and ensure alignment with industry best practices
• Provide training and support on standardization processes to global teams
• Develop standardized methodologies for Production, Lean, and Maintenance
• Support the implementation of digitalization and smart manufacturing technologies

Your profile – who are we looking for?

• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field
• Experience in Lean Production, Maintenance, or Operational Excellence
• Project management and cross-functional leadership skills
• Proficient in data analysis and process optimization
• Comfortable working in an international and interdisciplinary environment
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Willingness to travel (up to 30%)
