Learning Services Coordinator

To strengthen our international team, we are looking for a dedicated Commissioning & Field Operations Coordinator (m/f/d). In this role, you will coordinate and manage global commissioning activities for CDPS and its brands MWM, FG Wilson and Olympian. You will act as the central interface between customers, project management, service organizations and commissioning engineers.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate worldwide commissioning assignments and technical resources for CDPS and its brands MWM, FG Wilson and Olympian.
• Manage assignment and capacity planning for commissioning engineers and service personnel.
• Serve as a cross-brand interface between customers, project management, service organizations and commissioning engineers.
• Monitor project schedules, commissioning milestones and resource utilization.
• Organize travel, mobilization, access permits and site-specific requirements.
• Track commissioning reports, punch lists and technical actions.
• Prepare KPIs, reports and operational analyses.
• Support budget planning, cost tracking and billing processes.
• Contribute to the cross-brand standardization and continuous improvement of global CDPS commissioning processes.

Your Profile

• Education in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, energy engineering, industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable field.
• Very good German and English language skills.
