SAP EAM Application Owner

YOUR TASKS

• Responsibility for the technical and professional support of the SAP EAM module
• Responsibility for the continuous improvement of EAM business processes
• Requirements management, project management for the further development and value retention of EAM
• Management of internal and external project resources
• Responsible for the SAP EAM application during the project and operations.
• Communication and coordination with the departments involved
• Cooperation with other specialist departments (e.g. production, planning, controlling, quality management, purchasing)
• Customer advice on process analysis and optimization
• Recording and analysis of new requirements, designing, specifying and implementing solutions in the SAP environment in cooperation with the project team and the specialist department
• Technical feasibility study and effort estimates
• Ensure integration within the existing SAP architecture and other systems
• Coordination and execution of functional and integration tests
• Collaboration in projects and cross-departmental project teams
• Processing and documentation of change requests
• Customizing and parameterization of the software used
• 3rd Level Support
• Support of the specialist department in the use of SAP applications
• Error Analysis and Troubleshooting (Incident Management)
• Know-how transfer to other support units
• Coordination of, and communication with external suppliers
• Responsible for the customization of the system on the basis of the process requirements in coordination with the business stakeholders and any other project participants affected
• Support the group process experts and local key users to identify the business requirements with a clear view of standardization and harmonization of related business processes
• With support from the group process experts and local key users define the system requirements
• Communicate system requirements to our implementation partner
• Define, with the group process experts and local key users, the required test scenarios
• Develop technical specifications for developments
• Together with the group process experts test the system to ensure the system works correctly
• Support integrated and user acceptance testing
• Coordination of, and communication with external suppliersment of internal and external project resourcesnagement, project management for the further development and value retention anagement of internal and external project resources

YOUR PROFILE

• Higher education with a focus on business informatics or commercial, business administration or several years of practical work experience
• SAP knowledge and experience in SAP EAM;Breakdown and preventive maintenance, mobile maintenance, maintenance related data objects
• In-depth knowledge of integration with CO, PP, LE
• Knowledge of third-party systems relevant to EAM
• Knowledge of Agile SAP implementation methodologies –
• Experience in project requirements management and customer consulting
• Experience in user support (3rd level support)
• Sound ITIL knowledge
• In-depth SAP application and integration know-how
• Experience in the implementation and support of projects and further developments in an international environment
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; German preferred
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Quick comprehension and high willingness to learn
• Target group-oriented communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and team-oriented way of working
• Independent, proactive and solution-oriented approach
