Tax Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Tax Supervisor to support the Tax Manager in managing corporate tax matters across Eastern Europe, Africa, the Middle East and selected Asian countries.
This is a diverse role at the intersection of tax, finance, and international collaboration, where you will work closely with local teams as well as external advisors.

What will you be responsible for?

• Coordination of corporate tax compliance, including tax returns (CIT), payments, and deadlines
• Review of tax calculations and supporting documentation
• Support of quarterly and annual reporting (current and deferred tax)
• Participation in tax audits and communication with tax authorities
• Monitoring of legislative changes and assessing their impact on the business

Providing guidance in areas such as:

• Withholding tax
• Permanent establishment
• Tax deductibility
• Restructuring
• Intercompany transactions
• Collaboration with the transfer pricing team
• Supporting tax governance and internal control

Who we are looking for:

• University degree in tax, accounting, finance, law, or economics
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in tax, finance, or accounting
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple countries, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
• Advanced English (additional languages are an advantage)
