CE Brand Specialist

WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT:

• Support the delivery of Own Brand marketing activities across Central Europe.
• Help develop and execute the CE Customer Calendar and key campaigns.
• Create customer-focused marketing plans aligned with business priorities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies and external partners.
• Analyse customer, market and competitor insights to identify opportunities.
• Support proposition development and brand growth initiatives.
• Support Own Brand product packaging development and category growth initiatives across Central Europe
• Assist with campaign briefing, execution and performance evaluation.
• Prepare presentations, reports and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Independently manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of activities.
• Support budget administration and compliance with internal processes.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• University degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, FMCG or Retail.
• Advanced English (minimum C1).
• Strong customer focus and commercial awareness.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating campaigns or marketing projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive attitude, ownership mindset and willingness to learn.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
