Prototyping backoffice

In this role, you will take on a position with a direct reporting line to Head of Global Harness Prototyping, independently completing evaluations and providing support for the whole department.

Your tasks – what can you expect?

• Ensure the availability of all necessary components and manage the procurement process.
• Monitor and maintain component availability to prevent production disruptions.
• Follow up with suppliers, manage shipments, and resolve order-related issues.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Upload invoices to the customer portal and maintain accurate records.
• Manage and update master data in SAP.
• Perform production and warehouse analyses using SAP and SharePoint.
• Place orders for origins, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Calculate costs for prototypes and after-sales demands, providing accurate financial estimates.
• Conduct financial analyses of global profit centers.

Your profile – who are we looking for?

• You have completed education at Matura level (desirable).
• You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You are proficient in using MS Office and SAP.
• You have excellent organizational and time-management skills, are detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• You have a distinct ability to work in a team and to motivate others.
• You are assertive and have strong communication skills.
• You are proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• You are fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
